What is it?
The First-time Homeowners Rebate is a refund given to first-time homeowners who constructed or bought a house after August 2010.
Who is eligible?
Persons eligible for the rebate are first-time homeowners whose construction cost is less than $400,000. To be eligible, you must apply within two years of the completion date.
How to apply?
Applications for the First-time Homeowners Rebate, are made by the homeowner through their TAMIS account.
