2025 PIT Return Now Available For Filing
The Barbados Revenue Authority (BRA) advises that the Personal Income Tax (PIT) return for the 2025 income year is now available for filing in TAMIS.
Taxpayers are encouraged to review their income information carefully before filing to ensure that all details are complete and accurate. Information submitted by employers and other third parties is made available within the system; however, taxpayers remain responsible for verifying its accuracy.
Where any income or supporting information is missing or incorrect, taxpayers should contact the relevant third-party provider directly, such as their employer, union, church or charity, to have the information submitted or corrected.
The deadline for filing is April 30, 2026. Taxpayers are advised to file early to allow time to resolve any discrepancies.
Additionally, the Authority has made educational resource videos available on its YouTube channel to assist with the filing process. These include guidance on how to log in to TAMIS, how to check third party information and how to complete and submit returns.
The Authority advises taxpayers, to use these resources to support accurate and timely filing.
All eligible individuals are asked to file their 2025 Personal Income Tax return on or before April 30, 2026 to avoid incurring late filing penalties and interest.
