Valuation Notices & Land Tax Bills Issued

📢 Please note that 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 and 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔-𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟕 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐚𝐱 𝐁𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 have been issued and can be accessed online!

👉We have made viewing and paying Land Tax bills easier and more convenient! You can go to 𝐡𝐭𝐭𝐩𝐬://𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐥.𝐛𝐫𝐚.𝐠𝐨𝐯.𝐛𝐛 or 𝐛𝐫𝐚.𝐠𝐨𝐯.𝐛𝐛 (go to the 'Pay' tab, select 'Land Tax').

💡Persons already with access can log in to download both the Notice and the Bill and make their payment(s). New registrants will need to register first and require:
✔️ an email address
✔️ previous Land Tax bill/receipt
✔️ ID number
✔️ TAMIS number (residents only)

If you disagree with your valuation, you may also submit an objection online via the '𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐬' section. You can also submit '𝐑𝐞𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐞' requests (Pensioner, Agricultural & Hotel & Villa) via the portal.

If you use our online payment portal to pay your bills, you will receive an 𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐝 𝟏𝟎% 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭 𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐥 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟑, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔. If you opt to pay in-person, the discount deadlines are as follows:

✅ 𝟏𝟎% 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭 - 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟏𝟒, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔
✅ 𝟓% 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭 - 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟑, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔
