The Barbados Revenue Authority advises that from April 4, 2022 vehicle registration applications will be facilitated online only, using the Authority’s Services portal. Individuals, garages, vehicle retailers and agents registering new vehicles or applying to transfer vehicle ownership, should complete and submit the online form at https://portal.bra.gov.bb.
Additionally, persons can also apply for general licensing services including weight certificates, vehicle inspections or investigations and regulation tests via this portal.
Payments for these transactions should be made through the SurePay online payment platform - bb.surepaybillsonline.com or at any SurePay location. Once payments have been made, applicants will receive a notification advising them of the collection date for their documents.
Collections will be scheduled on weekdays between 10 am to 3 pm from the Authority’s Bridge Street Mall location.
